What You’ll Do:
 
Coordinate patients’ registration and insurance verifications for radiological procedures. Aim to provide the best quality customer relations to patients, family, physicians and staff.
 
1.  Log cases in chronological order
2.  Register outpatient admissions
3.  Call patients to obtain demographics and insurance information
4.  Verify and pre-certify insurances  
5.  Meet and greet patients & obtain documents and signatures.
6.  Prepare patients charts
7.  Answer telephone
8.  Order supplies
9. Post charges,
10. Call Doctor’s office to obtain pre cert as needed.

What You’ll Bring:
 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Knowledge and experience with Optimum/Keane System, Agiletrac, and PHS/HSM.
  • Must be courteous, professional with excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • Must be able to handle large groups of people
