Provider Relations Representative
The Provider Relations CRM Analyst is a highly visible, hands-on position responsible for coordinating activity between the Interboro RHIO and participating providers and organizations. The primary responsibilities of the Provider Relations CRM Analyst are to assist participating providers and organizations with the implementation and on-going utilization of Interboro services, administer the CRM solution, load and monitor training materials in the LMS system, update public information on the company websites and create reports as necessary. Please note the position is located in St. James, NY.
-Bachelor degree in related field
-General knowledge of health care
-Basic admin skills of SalesForce or other CRM tool
-Basic report skills SalesForce or other CRM tool
-Basic admin knowledge of LMS systems
-Basic knowledge of WYSIWYG tools for website updates
-Ability to learn new health care applications and train users
-Strong technical, analytical, and trouble-shooting skills
-Project management experience
-Ability to work independently or part of a team and to learn diverse technologies quickly
-Excellent follow-through skills, self-motivated and detail-oriented
-Good verbal and written communication skills
-Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, issues, and priorities effectively and simultaneously, with attention to detail
-Previous customer service or training experience preferred
