PATIENT CARE REPRESENTATIVE
Responsibilities include answering and screening phone calls; scheduling appointments; greeting patients; obtains and processes necessary information regarding appointments and cancellations. Data entry and output; prints reports. Maintains office filing system and/or patient chart system. Processes receipts; checks and prepares patient charts. Other duties as assigned by department head. 1-2 years’ experience in a service office environment. High school diploma. Bilingual preferred. Some knowledge of computers and good communication skills.
