Job Description

One of the largest and most successful medical house calls group has an opening for a physician in the lower – Westchester New York area. Exceptional opportunity to make a difference in the community and will work with the patient and their family members creating comprehensive evaluation of care. Physician will perform comprehensive adult assessment which includes medical history, physical exam and correct diagnosis. 

Highlights:
  • Identifying unmet needs and gaps in care and initiating referrals as necessary and appropriate
  • Conducting other clinical care services required
  • Educating members on medication adherence and following their care plan and ordering diagnostic workups and tests as needed 
  • Collaborating with physicians, care managers, family members, and caregivers as necessary and appropriate
  • Submitting completed documentation 
  • Adhering to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations

Qualifications: 
  • MD or DO 
  • Current and valid NYS license
  • Ability to identify diagnosis and document chronic disease
  • Visa Sponsorship offered (J1 and H) 
  • BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
