ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - FULL TIME TEMPORARY
Responsible for coordinating transportation using MAS and MLTC providers. Acts as the Kronos Timekeeper. Will answer multiple phone lines, process statistics for the department, maintain the budget spreadsheet, update policies in Policy Manager, and type general correspondence. Acts as liaison with other departments and outside agencies as requested by the Director. Participates in process improvement. Maintains office equipment and supplies. Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel. Bilingual preferred. Must be able to develop and maintain an organized system for office functioning. Must have a knowledge of government entitlement programs and community resources in the metropolitan area and be able to function in a fast paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in health care and/or Social Work agency.
