Roles & Responsibilities:
The Supervisor is responsible for the oversight and coordination of business, administrative and general office activities. Ensures the successful coordination and delivery of business activity and service within the department.
1. Supervises the daily operations of the Billing Department
2. Monitoring of all Third Party billing, follow-up and account reconciliation
3. Responds to Audits, outside Vendors and other Departments as needed
4. Oversee Accounts Receivable for any Payer issues and system deficiencies
5. Provides work direction, guidance, coaching and training for staff.
6. Establishes, reviews and revises work processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective administrative activities.
Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
3 years of directly related experience with 1 year in a supervisory role or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
Knowledge of computer billing systems
