Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Prepares bank reconciliations for 5 separate bank accounts.

2. Performs account analyses on several general ledger accounts to assure reporting accuracy.

3. Prepares all schedules and journal entries for Radiation Oncology and reports monthly results.

4. Responsible for monthly inter-affiliate wire transfers and various EHC and QHC recurring journal entries. 

5. Responsible for preparing and posting cash receipts journal entries and payroll summaries.      

6. Performs all timekeeping/floorcheck audits.  Prepares annual schedule of audits making sure every department is audited at least once a year.

7.  Prepares and distributes reports on sessional spending usage, St. George University student rotations, fringe benefit reserves, and overhead expenses.

8.  Performs other Finance Department duties as required



Minimum Education

Associate’s degree in Accounting.  Bachelor’s preferred

Minimum Related Experience

1 to 2 years accounting preferably in a fund accounting or healthcare environment.
