Roles & Responsibilities:
Process credential and
re-credential applications using Webview
verification of all applicants e.g. NPDB, ABMS, etc.
Tracks responses and
follows-up on items not received
records and follow up on annual updates
Knowledge of operating
policies and procedures
references, educational institutions to complete credentialing
· Communicate with Directors of Service and Administrative Assistant staff of outstanding documents needed for completing the credentialing and re-credentialing process
· Prepares rosters for
Governing Body approval
Act as liaison between
the department and Central Office for urgent approval
Upload privileges into
IntelliCred; update IntelliCred; send congratulation letters
credentials for advancement of privileges
practitioner credentialing folder
Filing includes: correspondence;
credentials; re-credential; memos received from Central Office; etc.
Prepare monthly Medical
Executive Committee minutes
Maintain and update
both IntelliCred software
Order office supplies
and getting funds added to accounts on Peoplesoft
Storage of credential
skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
organizational skills and oral communication
May perform other
training; degree and discipline)
Degree or equivalent.
