Roles & Responsibilities:

  • ·         Training of the PCAs in Primary Care Clinic in the pilot facilities for the HHC Diabetic Telemedicine Program 
  • ·         Supervising and Maintaining quality standards of photography by PCAs
  • ·         Monitoring quantity and quality of photography and preparation of monthly metrics
  • ·         Troubleshooting of nonmydriatic cameras in pilot facilities
  • ·         Supervision of Ophthalmic Techs and Photographers at Queens Hospital
  • ·         Taking photos with RetCam in NICU, interacting with MD and facilitating MD exams

 


 

Requirements:

  • 1.       COA
  • 2.       HS or GED
  • 3.       Minimum 10 years’ experience as Ophthalmic Photographer and Tech
  • 4.       Managerial experience preferred
