Roles & Responsibilities:

Seeking a NYS licensed Pharmacist with hospital and retail pharmacy experience.  We are a 340B specialty ambulatory surgical hospital that provides inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services.  Experience with CPOE and retail software programs is a plus (i.e. Meditech-inpatient and RXKEY-retail).  Knowledge of specialty compounding, USP<797> and USP<800> guidelines is a plus.  Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills a must.  Knowledgeable of all controlled and non-controlled substance federal, state, and city regulations for practicing pharmacy in an inpatient and outpatient environment required.  PharmD with active NYS license in good standing required with a completed residency program or equivalent in experience a plus.  Must be a team player, patient centric, a multi-tasker, polite, and prompt with deadlines.  Variable shifts and weekends may be required, so flexibility is key.
