Project Goal: To develop models for understanding the immune response to peptide vaccines and immunogenic non-coding RNA. Interested candidates should have recent Ph.D. in immunology, virology, molecular biology or related fields and should have extensive experience in bioinformatics, computer science or a related field.
Salary will commensurate with experience. Interested applicants should submit a cover letter discussing present and future research interests as well as a CV with references.
Qualifications: The candidate is also expected to be highly self-motivated, creative and capable of contributing productively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills in written and oral English are essential. Knowledge of basic and advanced molecular biology and bioinformatics techniques. Experience in cellular and molecular techniques required as well as experience in bioinformatics programming using python, R, or a related language.
