Mount Sinai Family Health Associates is seeking a Full-time and Part-time Primary Care Physicians to join its thriving group practice in Astoria!
Mount Sinai Family Health Associates (FHA) is a multi-specialty outpatient clinic consisting of 20 specialists and 5 primary care physicians with approximately 27,000 visits annually. FHA is an Article 28 facility caring for a large under-served community. FHA delivers comprehensive, coordinated care that addresses all of a patient’s health care needs and has been recognized as one of New York City’s Patient Centered Medical Home Programs.
A wide range of services is offered for the entire family, including gynecology, surgery, psychiatry and pediatrics. In addition to treating sick patients, physicians focus on preventive medicine, conducting thorough annual physicals and routine screenings to ensure the ongoing health of the patients. To accommodate the diverse patient population, a customized tablet is used that gives our staff access to all languages, including sign language. Convenient office hours include evenings and Saturdays.
Family Health Associates is centrally located on 21st Street in Astoria, off Broadway (across the street from the Broadway Shopping Center). The office is easily accessible by public transportation and by car (located about a mile from the Grand Central Parkway).
The ideal candidate will provide high quality primary care services to adults. This role is outpatient only. Family Medicine physicians can deliver GYN care, and some Pediatric care. Candidates will play an instrumental role in ensuring excellent patient care, quality outcomes, and satisfaction. In addition, we would like our talented physician candidates to have a passion for outpatient medicine and be fully committed to mission of Mount Sinai Health System.

- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Ambulatory experience preferred

- Spanish speaking a plus but not required
