Roles & Responsibilities:

The Concierge Medical Assistant will serve as a patient advocate providing the assistance and guidance to patients throughout their visit.  The Concierge Medical Assistant will work closely with the providers and other team members to provide exceptional, high quality medical care, including completing point of care testing, providing phlebotomy services, and performing EKGs.   The ideal candidate would exhibit warmth and confidence when working with patients, be an excellent communicator, and a team player who is committed to working with their peers to go above and beyond for patients.  This role will perform a hybrid function within the health center, performing both administrative and clinical duties to promote an efficient and seamless patient experience in a changing environment.  Certification as a Medical Assistant is required.  Must have at least 4 years’ experience as a Medical Assistant with phlebotomy responsibilities.  Experience in a concierge practice setting desired.  Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.  Must be technologically savvy and interested in adopting new digital tools.
