Job Description

Directs the human resources function, including recruitment and staffing, labor and employee relations, compensation and regulatory compliance, at hospitals affiliated with Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.

-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required. Masters degree in related field preferred.

-7 years of experience in Human Resources managerial role required. Health care or academic medical center is a plus; Experience in strategic planning and execution, formulating policy, building and developing financial plans, managing resources and leading successful teams.

-PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

-Intermediate level skills in MS Word and Excel required.

-Excellent written and oral communication skills.
