Roles & Responsibilities: 


Provides administrative/secretarial assistance to senior executives.  Provides administrative support including typing, preparing reports and correspondence. Coordinates supervisors’ calendars,  schedules, and meetings. Responsible for the timely and accurate ordering of department supplies. Maintains office filing systems in an orderly fashion. Performs other duties as requested. Responsible for the scheduling of 2nd and 3rd floor conference rooms and distributing NYEE payroll. Analyzes problems and resolves them or refers them to the appropriate person.

Requests volunteers and provides training and supervision as needed.  College coursework required.  A minimum of three years’ experience working as an administrative assistant, and one year experience working in an executive office. Demonstrated experience using MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and creating and editing correspondence and Excel spreadsheets.  Demonstrated ability to work without direct supervision, prioritize work, multi-task and take initiative.  Demonstrated diplomacy with physicians, employees, patients and vendors is required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
