Job Description

An NIH-funded Postdoctoral Fellow position is available at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (formerly the Mount Sinai School of Medicine) in New York City to participate in and extend ongoing work on the function of Wnt signaling in mammalian hematopoietic development, using the mouse as a model. Interested candidates must have a PhD or equivalent and should have a strong record of accomplishment and experience in at least one of the following:

1. mouse embryology and molecular genetics; and/or
2. cellular, developmental, or molecular biology; and/or
3. hematopoiesis

Experience with fluorescence microscopy and cell culture desirable but not essential.
Applicant must be highly motivated and fluent in English, collegial and able to work
independently, with at least one recent first author publication in a reputed international journal. Salary support based on research experience and accomplishments.
