A position is available for a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the laboratory of Dr. Peter Rudebeck in the Department of Neuroscience and the Friedman Brain Institute at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York. Interested candidates should have Ph.D. in Neuroscience, Psychology or a related discipline. Must also have excellent verbal and written English.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in neurophysiology, programming and behavioral work with laboratory animals (particularly non-human primates). Programming experience with Matlab is essential.
