Roles & Responsibilities:
  • To follow Infirmary and governmental payroll policies and procedures in the process of payroll and receivable preparation and required financial reporting requirements.
  • Compile and obtain necessary documents and authorizations appropriate to vendors in preparation for payment.
  • Open incoming mail and match invoices with receiving copies and purchase order forms.
  • Verify extensions and footing on invoices to determine the accuracy in Infirmary's liability.
  • Follow-up with purchasing department directors and vendors concerning any difficulties with invoice discrepancies, etc.
  • Resolve vendor and infirmary staff inquiries.

 Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GE required.
  • Accounting and financial reporting experience required.
  • Proficiency in volume data entry and good communication skills required.
