Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for protecting
the Infirmary properties / assets and all staff, patients and visitors that
enter the Infirmary against fire, theft, vandalism, or any unlawful act. To
provide service and assist other security officers as needed. To see that all
rules and regulations are enforced at all times. Directs and assists employees,
patients, and visitors in reaching their destinations. Has NY State Security
Guard License displaying NYS 8 hour pre-assignment basic security course and 16
hour OJT. Possess a NYS/NJ Driver’s License Preferred. High School Diploma or
GED required. Has at least 2 years security officer job experience or military
experience preferred. Good verbal and written communication skills.
