The candidate will primarily work with human tissue (bladder and lung tumor lesions) and mouse tumor models with a focus on cellular immunology.
The field/area of research: Cancer Immunology and Computational analyses. Our group focuses on studying the interactions between stromal and immune cells in the tumor microenvironment.
1. Conducts laboratory research, including cell isolation from fresh tissues, flow and mass cytometry, single-cell RNA sequencing, and multiplexed imaging.
2. Computational analysis of the data
3. Collection, analysis and review of experimental data for publication and presentation
4. Attends weekly lab meetings and department seminars and Journal club
5. Other duties as assigned
