The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of recruitment fair and events for both the medical education and graduate school programs in collaboration with leadership of programs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the coordination of recruitment fair and events for both the medical education and graduate school programs in collaboration with leadership of programs.
• Responsible for the compilation and delivery of collateral materials at recruitment fairs/events
• Maintains inventory, and upgrades of collateral material in conjunction with marketing team.
• Maintains and updates master recruitment schedule on a weekly basis.
• Recruits faculty and student participation for recruitment events/fairs and provides
Information regarding the recruitment fairs/events.
• Coordinates the registration and attendance for our recruiters traveling to conferences, graduate school fairs and visits to colleges
• Represents the school at student recruitment events, off-campus and on campus when needed
• Manages the livestream and online (webinar) information sessions for prospective students.
• Responsible for the marketing of webinars to prospective students in conjunction with marketing team.
• Creates invitations and follow up communications for the information sessions
• Organizes student group visits to the school and ISMMS visits at targeted colleges
• Assist in the organization of on-site recruitment events the Graduate School Showcase and Recruitment Fall and Spring Fairs and the High School/College Advisors Events
• Assist in the management of the Inquiry/prospect pool and database for all programs
• Assists with communications to accepted students
• Maintains prepared and distributes the master recruitment reports including lead to applicant analysis
• Assists in the development and analysis of the weekly lead to applicant graduate programs report
• Attend weekly standing meeting with medical education and graduate programs.
• Attend weekly enrollment services standing meetings.
• Responsible for duties as assigned.




Education & Experience:
• Bachelors required, Masters preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in higher education recruitment or related work experience
