Roles & Responsibilities: 

The Mood and Personality Disorders Research Group/Psychosis Research Integrating Science and Medicine (PRISM) Program is seeking a part time Clinical Research Coordinator to assist investigators on studies on the neurobiology of personality and psychosis spectrum disorders. The work will be conducted in Dr. Mercedes Perez-Rodriguez’s lab in the department of Psychiatry at the Mt. Sinai School of Medicine.

 

As Research Coordinator you will help in the day-to-day activities of clinical research. Responsibilities will include recruiting participants, general office tasks, all regulatory filing for Mt. Sinai, James J Peters Bronx VA, and the National Institute of Health, assistance with grant submissions, data collection, administering neuropsychological and clinical assessments, and data management and analysis. Candidates must have superb organizational and communication skills. BA or BS in psychology, neuroscience, or a related field is preferred but not necessary.

 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • As Research Coordinator you will help in the day-to-day activities of clinical research

  • Performs other related duties
 
 
Requirements: 
  • BA/BS in Psychology or a related field
  • 1 year experience in research environment
  • Computer and General Skills:
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Strong computer skills
    • Excellent organization, time management, and interpersonal skills required
    • Six month commitment to the position
