To provide advanced training in adolescent treatment under the context of a service grant funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Administration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides clinical services to clients, as assigned, as part of a comprehensive, family-centered, trauma-informed, evidence-based, coordinated and integrated outpatient system of care, which includes early intervention and recovery services, to meet the complex and diverse needs of those seeking services at Mount Sinai St. Luke’s Hospital.
Communicates ideas in written and oral formats, as required.
Performs clinical and administrative activities, as assigned.
Provides direct clinical services to adolescents, caregivers, and transitional age youth.
Participates in the coordination of the activities of the Division of Psychology, as required.
Attends and participates in staff meetings as required.
Participates in the department’s performance improvement activities.
Maintains patient/employee confidentiality in the management of information.
Observes the Health Care System’s compliance policies.
Performs other related duties.
