Under the direct supervision of the Manager, the Trainer III will conduct training programs, assist with the development of curriculum, exercises & validation exams; Provide remedial assistance to students who have difficulty acquiring the necessary skills to pass the certification review; Act as a resource person and problem solver during roll-out of new applications; Monitor and report the effectiveness of training.
Perform workflow analysis and documentation for new applications. Provide on-going process improvement for existing applications. Minimum of one to three years clinical experience in hospital environment; Excellent listening and coaching skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Enthusiasm for healthcare automation. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with progressively responsible in training and development.
