The ideal candidate will have expertise in cellular and molecular biology (i.e. cell culture, immunoprecipitation and western blot, knockdown experiments and CRISPR-CAS9 editing, RNA extraction and qRT-PCR). In addition, the candidate would also have expertise in designing, and performing genomic based experiments (i.e. ChIP-seq, RNA-seq, ATAC-seq), and should be comfortable using bioinformatic tools to analyze and present data and extract meaningful information from publically available data sets. Preferably, the candidate will also have previous experience with mouse work.
