Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Manager
 
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager must possess a strong understanding of the digital strategies and tactics that drive customer acquisition, (ie. SEM, SEO, display, email and content marketing) and own the strategic development, implementation and execution of campaigns. He/she will approach campaigns in a data driven and analytical manner and is responsible for ensuring the website content, usability, and appearance are optimal for heightening the online visibility of Mount Sinai and strengthening its reputation as preeminent in the areas of medicine, education, and scientific research.
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is a full time position which reports to the Associate Director, Digital Marketing and works as part of an integrated marketing team.  
  • As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll manage the development, delivery and execution of customized marketing tactics that address customer acquisition, customer retention, and lead nurturing funnel goals.
      • Leverage SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, advertising, and more to drive business goals.
      • Stay up to date on new digital media technologies, their capabilities, best practices, and how other organizations are using them, in effort to become early adopters of these technologies. 
  • Recommend and implement new ideas and innovations to improve each digital channel as well as customer acquisition.
      • Create and manage campaign performance reports, sharing results across teams to ensure constant program evolution.
      • Provide insights and analysis on all campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics.
      • Work with external agencies to execute campaigns, measure and report on their effectiveness

  • Direct activities for specific campaigns:
      • Organize and prioritize projects with cross functional teams for SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content creation.
      • Set project timelines and milestones.
      • Manage segmentation to accurately target audiences.
  • The Senior Digital Marketing Manager leads their campaigns but also collaborates with internal stakeholders to maximize marketing efforts while reinforcing brand, presence and voice.
  • Manage digital marketing projects, including website updates, overhauls, and enhancements for a series of defined service lines and educational programs.

Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience required.
  • 8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, PR, Advertising, Marketing Communications, or related field
  • Experience in health care marketing is a plus
  • Experience in developing, writing, and presenting integrated digital strategies
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Display, Paid Social and other digital marketing tactics
  • Demonstrated experience conceptualizing and executing successful digital campaigns
  • Working knowledge of digital tactics, partners, networks, design, and user experience best practices
  • Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience identifying resources and managing and maintaining budgets
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage details while responding to changing priorities and feedback
