Title: Patient Experience Data Analyst I- Req # 2434744

Roles & Responsibilities:
The Data Analyst I is responsible for implementing best information technology data management practices in an effort to improve and ensure quality, streamline data cleaning efforts and deliver analyzable databases within agreed upon project timelines.
 
  • Prepare and design departmental presentations, as needed
  • Run monthly/quarterly reports for dashboards and enter data
  • Audit files for accuracy and completeness
  • Enter data from written grievances, as needed
  • Possess good time management and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Must have experience using PowerPoint for presentations
    
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics and/or related field. Master’s degree in relevant field of study preferred.
  • 2-3 years database application/management experience in a large medical center or healthcare environment. Significant experience in patient experience preferred.
