Roles & Responsibilities: 

·         Partner with the Clinical Sites and the LCE course coordinator to   manage day-to-day operations of the Art & Science of Medicine course and LCE programs and serve as the bridge between students, patients and faculty

·         Prepare, distribute and track course and faculty development materials   and assignments; manage course-related correspondence

·         Coordinate all details for course activities and examinations, from space allocations to evaluations

·         Track and maintain faculty recruitment, availability and teaching time

·         Prepare and submit evaluation data for students and faculty; report appropriate recommendations for change to Course directors

·         Communicate resources, policies and guidelines to staff, faculty and students

·         Support the administration of various committees; i.e. meeting coordination, communications and follow up

·         Manage and track relevant program related expenses and financial transactions

·         Develop and maintain course/organization pages in the curriculum management systems and other educational IT needs

·         Develop and maintain relationships with divisions within the department of Medical Education as well as other departments within the institution

·         Cross train and support other team members

·         Perform other duties as part of a collaborative team



·         Bachelor’s degree

·         Two years of experience in curriculum, higher education programming or related field

·         Excellent organizational and project management skills, preferably advanced project management skills

·         Excellent time management skills

·         Demonstrated interest in educational programming and curriculum

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail

·         Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and collaboration

·         Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

·         Ability to multi task and complete work in required timelines

·         Takes initiative to propose alternative solutions and approaches

·         Computer and database proficiency

·         Ability to maintain confidentiality
