Roles & Responsibilities


What You’ll Do:

  • Provide management to a fast-paced emergency department (108k visits per year) with 50 plus beds.
  • Oversee a staff of 114 RNs and 54 Technicians
  • Process improvement, operationalization of departmental goals: patient experience/satisfaction
  • Bedside responsibilities when necessary during peak hours
  • Staffing and scheduling

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelors Required
  • Master Preferred
  • Experience with implementing new initiatives
  • 5 years experience in the emergency department with at least 3 years in supervision as Assistant Nurse Manager, or Nurse Manager.
