Join a dynamic, talented group of rehabilitation professionals! The Department of Rehabilitation and Human Performance is seeking a creative and innovative Physical Therapist interested in working in an environment focused on research, innovative technology and high quality patient care.

 

 

 

Candidate will work in the Abilities Research Center focusing on delivering care to neurologically impaired patients (including Spinal Cord Injury, Brain Injury, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s).  Treatment interventions include advanced technologies including neuromodulation, upper extremity robotics and exoskeleton walking.  Opportunities to participate with the Rehab team in cutting edge rehabilitation projects and research are available.

 

 Requirements:

 

·         Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.  Doctorate preferred.

 

·         NYS Physical Therapy License

 

·         Minimum 1 year of experience with neurologically impaired population

 

·         Experience with robotics or exoskeletons preferred.  EKSO or ReWalk certification a plus.
