Roles & Responsibilities:

The Data Analyst I is responsible for implementing best information technology data management practices in an effort to improve and ensure quality, streamline data cleaning efforts and deliver analyzable databases within agreed upon project timelines.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Pull, clean, and format data from various EMR platform’s; export into Excel (or other database software such as Access) for report creation
  • Update and manage various KPI report’s weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly autonomously with hard deadlines
  • Capable of producing forecasting models in Excel, MS Power BI, or similar (Preferred)
  • Be able to provide out-of-the box, dynamic problem-solving when approaching various projects as assigned
  • Must be able to be self-sufficient at times
 
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics and/or related field. Master’s degree in relevant field of study preferred
  • 2-3 years database application/management experience, preferably in a large medical center or healthcare environment
