Job Title: Senior Systems Software Specialist 

The Oracle EPBCS and FCCS resource will be an integral member of the Finance/IT team and support the Oracle EPBCS and FCCS solution across the Health System. She/he will be responsible for enhancing functionality, integrating data and hierarchies into the EPM environment, maintaining mappings, and supporting end users. Lead and conduct discovery sessions/interviews/workshops to define business requirements and scope. Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle EPBCS Planning. Configure the system with IT to meet the desired business process requirements. Develop testing scenarios, test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration and acceptance testing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in fully integrating Oracle EPM Planning & Budgeting systems and provide input on best practices
• Provide occasional direct project management on select projects
• Plan for and lead EPM project and gather requirements 
• Review and edit functional deliverables
• Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering planning solutions
• Maintain Oracle Cloud EDM and Chart Values tables
• Establish User security and privileges



• 10+ years Budgeting and Forecasting project management experience with a strong focus on Oracle Hyperion Planning and Oracle Cloud Service Budgeting (PBCS/ePBCS) implementations
• Experience with Oracle Financial Consolidations(FCCS)
• At least one full lifecycle Oracle Hyperion Planning and Oracle Cloud Service Budgeting (PBCS/ePBCS) as a Solution Architect
• Experience in Healthcare and Higher Education
• Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills with c-level staff, technical staff, and application users
• Understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow development across multiple industries
• Strong ability to understand finance and accounting principles with the ability to advise on best practices in planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Hands-on experience with Smart View VBA
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Computer Science or equivalent
