What You’ll Do:
  • Provides patient care according to CNM protocols in the Department of OB-GYN 
  • Takes medical, family, social, and nutritional history from patients
  • Evaluates the obstetrical status with patient and provides continuing health supervision and education, on basis of findings
  •  Determines and conducts necessary laboratory procedures
  • Evaluates status of labor Manages labor and delivery Initiates appropriate fetal monitoring


What You’ll Bring:
  • Master's Degree in relevant discipline preferred.

  • Evidence of a satisfactory combination of progressive clinical midwifery experience and academic preparation is required.

  • Certification in Nurse-Midwifery by the American College of Nurse-Midwives.  

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the New York State Department of Education.
