What You’ll Do:

  • Greets and registers patients; prepares and processes appropriate forms; directs patients to appropriate areas. 
  • Triage phone calls and respond to inquiries; page and/or transfer calls to various administrators and associated staff as appropriate.
  • Schedules patient appointments, consults and schedules ancillary service appointments on manual and/or computerized system.
  • Makes reminder and "no show" calls and provides schedule information to the practice.
  • Prints schedules and confirms appointments.

What You’ll Bring:
  • High School degree required.

  • Bilingual Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) or Spanish preferred.

  • Medical office experience preferred.
