What You’ll Do:

  • Assists in staffing in order to ensure appropriate levels of staff for quality care 
  • Communicates staffing needs to appropriate Managers, Supervisors and patient care units
  • Prints and updates staffing boards
  • Assigns nursing staff according to staffing needs
  • Performs receptionist duties and screens all personnel and visitors
  • Data Entry
  • Provide clerical support to Director

What You’ll Bring:

  • High School graduate; come college preferred
  • Two years clerical experience, preferably in health care setting
