What You'll Do:
Be the Assistant Nurse Manager of a 26 bedded CSICU unit with 52 FTEs and 4 ANCC's. Responsible for assessing, identifying, planning, implementing and evaluating the processes, technology, personnel, and facility needs required to achieve patient outcomes safely and cost effectively in a patient centered environment. Acts as a member of the patient care service and Leadership Team; collaborates with and guides the interdisciplinary team members in achieving patient outcomes.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelors in Nursing, required
- Masters, preferred
- Three to Five years clinical experience as a nurse in cardiology/critical care
- Current NY State Registered Nurse License and Registration.
