What You’ll Do:
  • Coordinates the daily activities of the Site Chairman and the Administrator.
  • Schedules appointments, telephone screening, faxes, etc.
  • Processing of business and confidential correspondence.
  • Provide secretarial duties to the Site Chairman and Administrator
  • Serve as liaison between Administrator and Radiology staff..
  • Coordinate completion of monthly physician schedule
  • Monitors assignments to ensure neatness, accuracy and completion
  • Order office supplies and maintained supplies for Executive Suite
  • Prepared and submitted personnel requisitions, check requests, purchase requisitions and petty cash
  • Ensures that the Chairman/Administrator/Associate Administrator is kept aware of the departmental functions.
  • Keeps Chairman/Administrator/Associate Administrator apprised of situations which may require disciplinary action.
  • Completes filing accurately and promptly.
  • Secures accurate signatures and forwards documents/forms to the appropriate destination based on the pertinent hospital procedure.
  • Daily mail distribution as required
  • Informs appropriate personnel of needed repairs to equipment or unsafe conditions:
  • Performs other related duties.
What You’ll Bring:
  • High School diploma.  Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years secretarial experience.
  • MS Word (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), outlook
  • Excellent written and oral communication skill
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
