Job Title: Per Diem Social Worker 

  

Roles & Responsibilities:


Knowledge of social work services, theories and techniques required.  Work requires level of knowledge of social work process and community resources and agencies in relation to mental health, illness and disability, generally acquired through six months to one year related experience in a medical or health care setting.  Post Masters experience in mental health treatment.  Excellent interpersonal skills.  Excellent analytical abilities. Supervisory experience preferred.



Requirements: 


EDUCATION REQUIRED

Masters in Social Work. 

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Certification from the State of New York to practice as a professional social worker within one year of hire.
