Administrative Assistant I 


Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Provides diversified administrative and secretarial duties for the department, Director or Administrator


2. Coordinates daily office operations


3. Prepares, transcribes, types and proofs a variety of memos, reports, correspondence and minutes


4. Collects and manipulates data to generate various reports for department, hospital and regulatory agencies


Requirements:

Education
  1. High school diploma and college. 
  2. Applicable work experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.

Experience:       

  1. Four to five years secretarial and office experience.  Computer literacy with proficiency in word processing and database software.  Some supervisory experience required.
  2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management.
