Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Receives external deliveries from vendors, scan deliveries into InnerTrack or Oracle system; delivers & confirms receipt to all departments via InnerTrack/signed order sheets
  • Maintains par levels of medical/surgical supplies for materials management
  • Creates orders in either Jumpstock or Oracle for replenishment of stock as needed
  • Loads/unloads van delivering supplies to the appropriate department
  • Delivers supplies, stock, and stat orders to units
  • Responsible for annual and periodic inventories of supplies at request of supervisor
  • Schedule and monitor truck maintenance
  • Ability to drive and maneuver 20 ft. box truck REQUIRED
  • Heavy lifting required
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Able to follow written and verbal instructions. Clearly and accurately communicate information
  • Customer service skills, professional, and courteous attitude

  • High school diploma/G.E.D required; clean NYS Driver's license required
  • Ability and experience driving and maneuvering a 20 ft. box truck REQUIRED
  • Computer knowledge required, knowledge of data entry, knowledge of Oracle preferred
  • Heavy lifting & moving of required items - equipment, stock, boxes, and other storage items
