The Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) at Mount Sinai-Union Square is in need of a part-time Nurse Manager. The clinic specializes in complex head and neck cancers (diagnostic and wellness procedures), ENT, and dental services. The clinic is opened from 8:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday. 

 
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operational and administrative duties, in conjunction with Associate Director of Nursing, in a ENT clinic with up to 12 FTEs with 50-75 patients per day. 
  • Responsible for staffing, staff engagement, staff education, patient experience/satisfaction
  • QI/QA and performance improvement projects as needed

 Requirements:

  • BSN, required
  • MSN (earned or enrolled), preferred
  • BLS/CPR
  • 3-5 years as a nursing leader (Assistant Nurse Manager or Nurse Manager) in Med/Surg or Ambulatory Clinics
