Supervisor Telecommunications

Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervises the employees and workflow of the telecommunication department

  • Responsible for monitoring the monthly expenses of the department  
  • Responsible for the preparation of the annual budget    
  • Attends monthly meetings for CEMC    
  • Prepares and maintain list of the operation triage pagers
  • Responsible for the monitoring of the responses to the monthly test pages to the
  • operation triage group       
  • Responsible for ensuring that all operation triage pagers are properly
  • functioning on a monthly basis 
  • Responsible for preparing weekly on call schedule for operators      
  • Responsible for preparing payroll for all staff      
  • Responsible for addressing any issues related to the department all times          
  • Responsible for inputting new users into the IRM ( Integrated Resource
  • management System)             
  • Responsible for maintaining the contact information for key members of the
  • administrative staff

 

Requirements:

Education:

Applicable work experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.


Experience:

Supervisory experience preferred.
