The Mount Sinai Health System is currently seeking a full time Emergency Medicine Physician to join its practice in Brooklyn. Mount Sinai Brooklyn’s emergency department serves as a major hub of activity and a critical community resource. This high acuity site has an annual volume of 37,000. The ideal candidate will play an instrumental role in ensuring excellent patient care, quality outcomes, and satisfaction. The chosen physician must be board certified in emergency medicine and demonstrate outstanding leadership. In addition, we would like to showcase an ambitious and talented physician who is fully committed to the mission of Mount Sinai Health System. For appropriate candidates, there is an opportunity for a faculty appointment with the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, commensurate with credentials, experience, and qualifications. Position Qualifications:
 
  • Medical Degree, New York State Medical License
  • Candidates must have ABEM or AOBEM board certification/eligibility in Emergency Medicine
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must
  • A strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven department
