Intensivists for the Intensive Care Units at Mount Sinai Hospitals CICU and SICU!
This position will include an appointment in the Institute for Critical Care Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai as well as an academic appointment in the Department associated with the applicant’s primary specialty. Candidates will be expected to be proficient with standard intensive care procedures (cardioversion, central venous catheterization, arterial line insertion, tracheal intubation, thoracentesis, chest tube insertion, etc).
Candidates should be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Critical Care Medicine. Physicians who may wish to split their time between Critical Care and a primary specialty (e.g., Anesthesiology, Surgery, Medicine, and Emergency Medicine,) are encouraged to apply.
