South Nassau Communities Hospital in Oceanside, NY is currently seeking a full time Geriatrician providing both in-patient and out-patient care!
The ideal candidate will have an interest in interest in caring for geriatric patients, caring for a panel of patients in an outpatient geriatric practice, as well as providing in-patient geriatrics consultations to patients on non-medicine services.
The ideal candidate will play an instrumental role in ensuring excellent patient care and quality outcomes. In addition, this ambitious and talented physician will be fully committed to building the geriatrics aspect of our new Internal Medicine Residency Program which will begin in July 2019, as well as coordinate patient continuity of care with our local nursing home facilities.

- Medical Degree from an Accredited University
- New York State Medical License
- Board Certified or in Internal Medicine and certified / eligible Geriatric Medicine
- The position would report to the Chief of the Division of Geriatrics, under the leadership of Division Chief Dr. Cliff Feiner, within the Department of Medicine, at South Nassau Communities Hospital.
