Our comprehensive candidate experience ensures that every step, from application to onboarding, is seamless and supportive. Follow the timeline below for an indepth look into the important steps that make up our hiring process.
Initiate the process by completing an online application, including your contact info, education, work experience, resume attachment, and clinical certification information. You will be asked to provide a complete work history, as pre-employment checks will be completed in later stages of the process.
At this stage, we will review your profile, resume details, and any additional items. If your qualifications match the requirements of the position, you will be contacted to discuss the next steps of the process. These may include a phone screen, video interview, and/or in-person interviews.
This part of the process involves providing additional references, finalizing compensation, and formally accepting an offer of employment. You will partner with your Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify a realistic start date.
Collaborate with your Onboarding Specialist to complete all steps of the pre-employment process. This includes a background check, I-9 verification, and a pre-employment physical examination. Timeliness is critical to your start date.
Congratulations! You will now attend New Beginnings, where you will learn about our organization’s mission, values, and have the opportunity to network with new colleagues. New Beginnings is the very first step as you begin your journey at Mount Sinai.
