The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai/Mount Sinai Hospital is seeking a Faculty Consultation Liaison Psychiatrist!
The Department of Psychiatry at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, a premier 1,171 bed tertiary-care facility internationally acclaimed for excellence in clinical care, education and scientific research in the heart of NYC, has an opening for a full-time Consultation Liaison Psychiatrist (CL)  beginning July 1st, 2018. 
This position offers the opportunity for qualified applicants to provide psychiatric consultative services in both the inpatient and outpatient setting at the Icahn School of Medicine. Supervision of residents and fellows, as well as opportunities for formalized teaching and clinical research at the Mount Sinai Behavioral Health System are abundant. The position will include an academic appointment commensurate with experience.  
Qualified candidates should possess an MD or DO degree, be board certified/board eligible for both General Adult Psychiatry and Psychosomatic Medicine, and preferably have advanced training in Psychosomatic Medicine.The Mount Sinai Health System is New York City’s largest integrated delivery system encompassing seven hospital campuses, a leading medical school, and a vast network of ambulatory practices throughout the greater New York region.
